Intermediate charts are ideal for testing occupational needs between reading and distance. Computer screens are a frequeasnt request for which these charts are an important solution.

Charts use Sloan Letters charts calibrated to test visual acuity at an intermediate distance of 80 cm (31 in.). These standardized adult charts are available in 3 different scrambled versions (758400, 758500 and 758600) for repetitive testing situations. Sloan Letter optotypes with proportionally spaced lines; line sizes range from 20/400 to 20/10 (6/120 to 6/3) equivalent.

 

Notations for Letter Size, Decimal, and logMAR are also on the chart. Chart fits in Quantum Series, Model A+, and Model A illuminated cabinets. Chart size is 9" x 14" (22.9 cm
