Designed for Amblyopia testing or screening, card provides proportionally spaced lines on one side and 50% spaced rectangle enclosed lines on the opposite in Massachusetts VA Test format with LEA Symbols™. Proportional line sizes range from 20/400 to 20/16 (6/120 to 6/4.8 equivalent).

Response key printed on the test card. Flash cards, instructions and 16 inch (40 cm) cord are included.
